Can´t Change Country for Premium Payment

Can´t Change Country for Premium Payment

So i follow the very useless and mediocre help you get from spotify. Go my my account, click sbscription, give it a method of payment for my new country and.... it tells me the new zip code does not match the selected country.

 

Of course it´s not gonna match, its precisely what im trying to change..

 

If anyone has encoutered this issue and found a solution please help me.. i have been using that account for over a year and do not wanna hace to open a new one and restart getting my music sorted.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or use an incognito window.

 

In case you get the same results, you can cancel the current subscription, wait until the account goes back to Free, update the country, and then resubscribe.

When your account gets downgraded to Spotify Free, no saved songs etc. will get deleted.
