Can't activate Student Plan.

My Question or Issue

I recently joined a 4 year college, and despite literally being at said college when I tried to set up a student account, SheerID does not recognize me as a college student. FAQ's were no help to me. I'd like to receive this discount but I unfortunately am unable to.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

I get that you're having issues with activating your Premium for Student subscription plan.  Keep in mind that the college you're attending needs to be in SheerID's approved list of educational institutions. If you don’t see your university/college listed while registering for Premium Student, this could mean that it’s not supported right now.
 

You can request SheerID to add a college/university to the list of eligible institutions. Please also be informed that we can't influence the decision of SheerID and that this process could take up to 30 days for them to review your request and reply. 

If you see your college, but there is a different issue happening for you, then we suggest to request assistance from SheerID directly on their specialized help center for eligible students here.
