My Question or Issue

 I write my information from BMO debit card correctly and website says that payment failed. I have right country in account and never used premium before. I am not from Quebec. I also tried to do it from incognito tab, fais again for a few days. What can be wrong?

Hey @user-removed,

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
