Can't change country or subscription details

Can't change country or subscription details

I moved from Argentina to Spain and I can't change the payment information (or the country) from the argentinian credit card.

 

When I go to change country the drop down is disabled and I cannot click it.

 

When I go to change subscription and payment details, it tells me that the new payment details are from another country and that I should change the payment info (which is what I'm trying to do) or, the country. 

 

"How?!", I wonder.

 

Ps.: Also, I've seen two very different change payment details screens while trying to do this. What's going on guys?
