Free on iOS despite having Premium status

Hi Guys!

Today I started Family subscription after a year and half of having premium on my own. Everything works fine on desktop. The problem is my iOS Spotify app. When checking account status in settings, it clearly says 'PREMIUM', but in fact it's not - I cannot turn off shuffle mode (if i try to do so, the info layer displays that if I want to listen to tracks on demand, I should subscribe to premium), I cannot shuffle to much. Audio ads are broadcasting from time to time. Typical 'FREE'. 

To be clear - I logged out/logged in several times.

I would love to use premium software since I... should have it 🙂

That doesn't sound cool.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

But for me step by step solution didn’t work. I have iPhone SE 11.2.2
