Can't change payment method to a different Visa

I got a new card from the bank and would like to use it for my Spotify subscription. When I go to Account Overview/Your plan/Payment/Update, the only options I get are PayPal or Mobile. 

Why can't I just put in a new card? Cheers

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

It seems to be a little strange... First of all, could you try to run this same process using an incognito tab of your preferred browser, please? Just to check if you're currently facing a cache issue, and if it's the case, if you use an incognito tab, it may work.

I have the same problem. I am being forced to use PayPal when all I simply want to do is update my Visa card. I tried incognito window, wiped the cache/cookies, tried several browsers, but I am not getting any further. It would be nice if there was a number to call for this issue.
