Can't complete my payment via mobile carrier

My Question or Issue

I was trying the whole day to complete my payment for the subscription and changed the payment method from my card to payment with the mobile carrier and already paid for the credits to be used in the subscription but the transaction won't be completed and then my number got blocked to make a new trial. 

Now I have cancelled my subscription cuz I had to change my country of residence and hopefully I can complete my subscription before I switch to another platfrom

From what you shared, it sounds like you’re trying to pay for your Premium Student subscription using mobile billing. Just to clarify, this payment method isn’t available for the Student plan, which is probably why your transaction is being declined.

The payment options available for your plan depend on your location, and you’ll see them listed when you go through the subscription process. I’d recommend checking those options directly there, as those are the ones currently supported in your country.

Lastly, could you clarify a bit what you mean when you say your number got blocked for a new trial? Also, were you able to change your country of residence in your account settings?
