Can't find the account we are being charged for

Can't find the account we are being charged for

My wife and I are getting charged twice a month but only 1 of us has a Premium account, the following are our emails

free - *snip*  - (Samsung) 

free - *snip*  - (Samsung)  

free - *snip*  - (Samsung) 

All above are confirmed Free accounts under each profile

Premium - *snip*   - (iphone )

But we have been getting charged twice a month since Feb this year and these are the only account we have? What do I do, it's impossible to find a way the email Spotify directly so we can find where this second charge has been coming from.

Could you please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details ?

 

The only way to determine which accounts are being charged is by finding all credentials you've used to create accounts and signing in each time with a different one.

 

Once, you're logged in, you should visit your account overview page at Spotify.com to view the subscription type presented.

 

However, if you've created multiple accounts, its best to contact support through this help page and have them take a closer look.

Note: make sure to reply to any automated mail you get.

Thanks for the prompt reply to my questions.

We had already completed the suggestion you have made prior to reaching out to the community relating to reviewing all our accounts. I am about to cancel the accounts that are not relevant now so we are just down to our core 2 accounts.

 

How do I go about contacting "Support" direct, every quest I choose does not lead me to an email correspondence instead to either FAQ's or this community.

 

This is the debarkle I seem to be in at this current stage.

Please visit this "Contact Us" page.

Upon doing so, scroll down to the section called "Write To Us".

 

Click on the "Contact Form" and follow the questions regarding your issue this way you'll be able to have a live chat support with Spotify's team.
