Hello,
I have a problem when I want to get premium in my country, Romania. When I try to activate the premium spotify and insert the card details, i get this message (attached file). I can pay with my debit card on other platforms.
What can I do?

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?
When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Hello,
Yes. I've tried those steps. I've also read that it can be because my Debit Card provider is Raiffeisen and it seems that this is a problem. Is there a way to pay withouth making another debit card at other bank?

Same problem here, concidence or not, same bank.
I called my bank, they said they never heard of this isssue and as far as they know it should work. What next?

please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.
Also you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.

I've tried all of those solutions. The only payment available for Romania is card.
I managed to activate the trial from my playstation, but I don't know if I can pay via playstation. I will see that in a month.

I have the exact same problem with the exact same bank. I have tried other 2 banks from Romania i still get the same message.

I clicked the link and contacted support, they were very helpful.
It was some error with the bank and after a few consecutive tries my acount was flaged by the system or something like that, support can help you with this problem.
