Can't get trial or pay for a subscription

Hello, Spotify recently launched in Romania and i can't use my credit card to get the trial or pay ,it just says "Payment Failed" when i enter the card details. What can I do to subscribe to Spotify?

Does your payment card meet these requirements? If so, try signing up for Premium again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

Yes,my payment card meets all the requirements and its not only my card,seems to work well with visa cards but mastercard not, I've already contacted the bank about this and they said that if it works for paying other things on the internet it's not a bank or card problem.
