Can't invite family members - invalid email format

Hi, I just signed up for Spotify Family, but can't add family members, when I click to 'send invite' it fails validation on the email address, saying 'Please match the format requested'.

There is no specification of the 'format requested', but aside from that, why isn't it accepting correct/valid email addresses?

I found a link for a support chat. The answer was that the email needed to be in lower case! That worked.

So, I'd recommend this to others, but Spotity - this is pretty much a bug, and at best unhelpful (there's no guidance on that form about a restriction).
