Please help i cant cancel my 30 day free trial

Hi i have started a 30 day free trial on spotify and want to cancle the trial because i dont want to be charged but i go to my online account and go to subscribtions and the Cancle button isnt there! And thier is no subscription button on my apple account eithier i have tried every thing! Please can you guys at spotify Cancle my 30 day free trial for me please i cant do anything! I have tried everything please please please help! All it says on the online account subscribtions bit is your trial will end on DATE and then you will not have anything but will i be charged ! So can you please cancle it for me

My account has been charged for a premium account. I have no idea about how this was established, and cant find any way to communicate with Spotify. I dont use twitter. Can anyone provide an e-mail address or tell Spotify to get in touch. I live in Taranaki in New Zealand. Tell them that they can just come by so that we can sort it out.
