An Payment went wrong and I think my account is blocked. I'm trying to get in my account but I get this message:

www.spotify.com heeft je te vaak omgeleid.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Translation: 
Page doesnt work 
www.spotify.com diverted you to often 
Try erasing coockies
 
I've deleted all coockies. I've tried to contact Spotify many times through their contactform but till now i didnt receive a reply. I would like to do an payment for spotify premium and keep my account. My account doesnt work on my macbook or my iphone or any other device. My account still excists.

I've tried to login on my playstation, pc, macbook, iphone with my own account and nothing works. I've also tried to loggin in on my iphone with a friends account and that does work.

I can't login on a diffrent netwerk with my excisting account. It gives the same message at home. It gives the same message what I said in my first message. Too often directed/Cookies.. Error etc. 
I can describe to a new account though, but i would like to keep my excisting account. 
I think its blocked because of the payment.

I've tried to contact spotify through the contact form, but I never get any answer back. Thats why i've tried through here.
