Can't pay for my Family Plan with PostePay

My Question or Issue

 I've tried to pay for my Family Plan with my PostePay card (IoStudio, it's often considered as a prepaid card, but I've paid for premium at least 4-5 other times, so it can be accepted) but when I pay, it says there was an error (this is the error message in Italian "Pagamento non riuscito. Riprova o utilizza un metodo di pagamento diverso". I can't pay in another way, I've tried with PayPal through the same card, but it says that there was an error paying, so there isn't a way for me to pay. I've heard some of my friends say they had the same kind of problem with the same card with other services, but I don't know what to do. Thanks in advance.

Hey @AL2401 thanks for reaching out to the community,

 

If your having troble with your payment I would suggest trying the following:

  • Use a different internet connection.
  • Try a different device
  • Consider using incognito mode.
