My Question or Issue

I started as Free. The first time I needed to pay subscription - I couldn't. I use Sberbank. Asked them, maybe they had troubles on their site - no. I tried Visa Digital and Visa Classic.
Attached screenshot. My selected region is Russia. Also tried change language on website (Eng/Rus) - without results.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.

Yes, it worked the first time in Incognito Mode. I think it was about cache or cookies.
