I just bought a card to redeem but the system says it's not valid. I have the receipt saying it was validated. Anyone can help?

Gift card - 30 e, cant redeem.
It is activated. My account is on free mode. All the settings checked. Tried two different browsers. Tried ignonito mode. Tried different days. Tried different variatons of the pin code.
Sended e-mail to CUSTOMER SERVICE and get an automatic response, telling me to check this **bleep**ing useless fanclubnonsense. I bet Deezer understands what customer service means.
