im having trouble redeeming my gift card I put In the code and it also asks or a postal code which I also entered and it still won’t work plz help!!

Could you try redeeming your Gift Card here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't help, could you try to follow the troubleshooting steps provided in this support article? > Gift Card not working? section?

Sorry to hear that you're having difficulties redeeming your gift card.

If you've checked everything on this site already, but still cannot activate the code on your account, it's time to reach out to support with pictures of the card and the receipt, so that they can take a look at things backstage.

Hey Xenia,

do you know why gift cards can’t be added to accounts to pay for Spotify? I purchased a Spotify giftcard to be able to pay for the next two months of our duo plan only to find out that it can’t be added to my type of plan? From looking into it further, it seems like gift cards can’t be used on most plans? 

Do you know what the reasoning is for that? That seems odd.
