Premium Code kann nicht eingelöst werden auf dieses Premium Konto?

Hallo, ich habe mir im Laden 12x 1 Monate Spotify Premium gekauft. 4 dieser 12 Karten habe ich auch schon erfolgreich eingelöst, aber bei allen anderen Karten bekomme ich nur folgende Meldung:

"Du kannst diesen Spotify Premium Code nicht mit Deinem Konto einlösen. Das liegt vermutlich daran, dass Du bereits ein Spotify Premium Abo hast und dieses nicht mit einem Spotify Premium Code kombinieren kannst."

Kann ich nur maximal 4 Monat mit den 1 Monats Premiumkarten einlösen und muss erst warten bis die abgelaufen sind?

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community.

There should be no issue with redeeming 12 1-monthg gift cards is sequence. Note that you might need to wait a few hours after redeeming more than one card for the system to process the changes on your account.

Same Problem here. Bought Code from Amazon but can't redeem it. First I tried directly after it was delivered, today I tried again. Doesn't work. And I#m getting the same message.

Thank you for your reply in this thread.

Keep in mind that Gift cards vary by country and you're able to redeem them only for Premium Individual (to continue paying for one or to upgrade from a free account). For example, you won't be able to use it for Premium Family or Duo.

If you're trying to redeem the card for Premium Individual and you're still experiencing issues, we'd recommend checking the code’s characters and trying different combinations after 24 hours again. Sometimes 5 looks like S (uppercase s) or 8 looks like B (uppercase b) etc. It's best if you use an incognito window or a different device.

I have the same problem. I have Premium plan and i have a 60 Euro voucher from my friend and I can not redeem it.

I understand what you've written, but I'm sorry this makes no sense to me. Everywhere in the digital culture you're able to buy gift cards for digital services and they just act like money. So I now have a gift card which I can't use because I'm already paying for your service ("Premium Family") which covers the listening habits of my whole family. Is that really what you want? Annoy a satisfied customer who has been paying a lot of money for your service for years? I don't want to believe that.

I am a Spotify Premium (premium Duo) since 8+ years and now I have 4 Spotify Premium gift cards but unfortunately I can’t redeem them. The following is displayed:

ich habe mir im Denner eine Premium 3monats Abo gekauft und sehe aber keine eingabe um den code einzulösen es funktioniert einfach nicht ich habe aber schon bezahlt und möchte das ich endlich premium kriege weil aktiviert ist es laut meinem Zettel schon.
