Can't renew premium individual plan

Can't renew premium individual plan

Hi there,

I have recently moved from Australia to the United Kingdom. I have tried to update my country, when I add my UK payment card it does not allow me to select the individual plan. States: "Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium." The plan prices are also stated in dollars not pounds which is strange. I do not wish to purchase a duo or family plan in order to retain my premium account.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome aboard to the Community! The country of Premium accounts is defined by the payment method, so after you add your UK payment method, it will update your country on the next billing date. Try doing that here. If it doesn't work, try an incognito window instead. If it still doesn't work, try cancelling your subscription, waiting till your account reverts to free and then resubscribing with your UK payment method. Don't worry, you won't lose your music during this process.
