Can’t see the subscription section to cancel

My Question or Issue

I want to cancel my subscription but unable to see the subscription section on the left side in the menu list.

Tried to get under the change plan to cancel but unable to do so. Need help

You can follow the steps provided here to cancel your subscription at anytime.

If you're unable or can't see some of the functions mentioned, i suggest using an incognito web page/different web page for the process to see if it helps.

Furthermore, providing screenshots of what you see on your end should be great help as well.

Note: make sure to hide any sensitive info when uploading screenshots
