Can’t see when my subscription date started or ends

Can’t see when my subscription date started or ends

Plan: Premium

Country: UK

Device: iPhone 11

Operating System: iOS 13.6

My Question or Issue: Can’t see when my subscription date started or ends. I’m on account overview page & it shows premium but that’s about it.

Are you paying for Spotify Premium through Spotify directly, or through a different company, such as your mobile payment provider? 

 

Also, are you able to see your full account details here using a different browser or private window?

In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to them as they have more information and access to your billing details and subscription end dates.
