Can't set up Duo - Spotify says the country is different, despite the same address

Hello,

I'm trying to set up a Premium Duo account between my and my wife's account.

We had moved from the US to Poland in 2016, and between our two accounts we had various set ups.

Right now, my wife's account is on free plan, and I have Premium set up on my account (with a Polish credit card).

When I try to set up Premium Duo, I enter the address in the <inviter> side and then the same address in the <invitee> side. Despite this being the exact same address, I'm getting a message that we live in different countries. How can I fix this?

Hey @konryd ,

Thanks for reaching out.

I'd recommend making sure that both accounts are set to the right country. This can be checked at https://spotify.com/account.

Let me know how it goes 🙂

This worked. Thanks!

I guess the confusing part is that I have to adjust the country in 3 places (credit card country, Spotify account top-level country and the country in the shared address).
