My Question or Issue


I'm trying to be added to my girlfriend's Duo SIM plan, we're living in the same house but Spotify is saying that the addresses aren't the same but I'm inserting the same address that's on my Gf account. What can we do about?

Hey @Amitx96! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the contacts here and they will be able to assist you further with this.

You can use the chat function but if you end up sending an email you might get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
