My Question or Issue

Hi there, i've tried countless times to renew my Spotify premium subscription. Most times, the payment page loads but it doesn't load the precise spot for me to input my card details and when it loads, the payment is declined despite the bank card I'm using. What do I do? I miss using Spotify

Hmm, could you try using another device to subscribe to Spotify at spotify.com/premium? That might help clear things up backstage.
