Trying to start a trial, and no matter what card i use it tells me payment fails. Can someone help?

Trying to start a trial, and no matter what card i use it tells me payment fails. Can someone help?

Hey @Bicycllist, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Before troubleshooting, ensure that you haven't been charged anything by checking your bank statement and checking your emails for any confirmation that you've subscribed to Premium.

Once you've done that, I'd recommend subscribing to the trial using a different browser or private window. It's also important to note that Premium trials are only for new Premium subscribers - if you have subscribed to Premium in the past, you will not be able to use another trial.

Haven't had premium, my mom was going to use her payment method, but she has premium so it won't work that way, going to try different browser now, thank you

Nope, no luck, and i went thru the list too. I'm at a loss

Thanks for the reply and additional info.

Could you double-check with your bank to make sure everything looks alright with your payment method from their end? 

Once you've checked with them, we recommend waiting 24 hours before you give subscribing another shot.

Should the issue persist afterwards, we suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support team, as they have the best tools to help you look into this further.
