My Question or Issue

Hi. I want to start premium but when I enter my card info I always get the message "Something went wrong. Please try again, or go to our support.". I've checked all the steps in the article

The provider is Mastercard. Cart is not expired nor canceled. I have sufficient funds. The card issued in the same country. Enabled for online/foreign etc purchases (works with Google and other services). Also, I've tried another card, all the same. Incognito mode and another browser also didn't work.


I would be grateful for your help.

Can you please try it on another device and/or when connected to a different internet connection (e.g. mobile data)?

I wrote to support and they helped me to add my card. I don't know what was the issue but now it is fixed. Thanks!

Can you please give a link to support and what have you told them. I have the same problem and I'm from Ukraine too.
