Hi, I was on the free trail but was late about a day to change it to the family plan. I was being charged straightaway for the premium plan since i have passed the date of the free trail. Is it possible for a refund?

I switched months ago, and I still have monthly charges on my credit card for my old account, which definitely isn't the Premium for Family payment: that is on my brothers card.
