My Question or Issue

  •  I'm trying to pay a premium subscription with a debit card, but when i click  finish it says "please insert a valid credit card number". How do i fix this?

Welcome to the community!

First up, I’d recommend checking out this support article for some payment troubleshooting steps.

 

If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend contacting your bank or credit company to check if your debit card is enabled for online and recurring transactions. You may also need to have your card set up for 3D Secure online transactions. Examples include “Verified by Visa” and “Mastercard SecureCode”.

Thanks for the answer, but i already found the problem. Turns out i'm just dumb and didn't see my debit card wasn't accepted by Spotify. Thanks anyway!
