My Question or Issue
Hi,
My previous credit card has expired and so my last payment didn't worked.
I wanted to update my payment info with my new credit card, but I get stuck when selecting Credit Card, saying "Loading. Please wait ..."
Can't do anything else. I've read in the FAQ that I should try to go back to Free plan and retry, which I did without any luck.
Can you please help so that I can get back my Premium account and enjoy music with having all those boring ads !

Could you please try again, this time using different browsers (if necessary) in your computer? Don't forget to clear cache/cookies before.

I tried in private browsing as well.
And the screenshot provided is from my desktop, but I edited it to show only the relevant information.

In this case I suggest you to get in touch with the Accounts team from any of the Spotify social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook.
Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username and they will take a closer look at this.
