Can’t update my payment

What to do? Every month I pay by mobile and now I have to pay again because my subscription is done, but there is no option for that. Been trying to update it for weeks. Help. 😊

To pay by mobile, just follow the steps listed here. If you have any trouble signing up, try using an incognito window to see if it helps. 

If not, you can try signing up on a different device.
