Can't use Spotify with data plan, says I'm offline

It says I'm offline when I can use the data plan for everything else, and I'm not offline. It works fine with WiFi. I've shut off and restarted the phone, logged out and in to Spotify, and deinstalled and reinstalled Spotify. It still says I'm offline.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

As I said in the post, I already restarted my phone and
deinstalled/reinstalled the Spotify app, but it still says I'm offine.

I've already turned my phone on and off, signed in and out, and deinstalled/reinstalled Spotify. It still says I'm offline, except when I'm on wifi. Everything else works fine.

You mention that this only occurs when using a data connection on your device. 

In this case, we'd suggest checking that you have enough data allowance.

If you do, since you mention that a WiFi connection works, we'd recommend contacting the service provider of the original network for more information.
