Can't use my account and still have to pay

Newbie

In the beginning of March I give Pay Pal the promising to take € 9,99 of my account for the premium account. 

I received a email that I now can use the premium Spotify. It didn't work and still not but I do have to pay € 9,99?! 

Can somebody help me?

Hey @Denisevdgw,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify Premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
