I wrote to spotify support case for many times but they didnt care anything they always send same mail back to me. I paid money for student premium pack but it doesnt start yet please someone help me.

Did you get in contact with support by email? If so, and for future reference it is best to reply back to the original email you sent in order for a support person to read it 🙂

When you tried to sign up for student, did you get a confirmation email to confirm you was accepted?
