Cancel Hulu subscription or unlink Hulu account with my Spotify Account

I'd like to upgrade my Hulu account to a level with no ads but I'm unable to because "I'm billed for this plan by Spotify". However, looking at the Spotify FAQ it says go to "Your Services" to cancel but that page only links back to Hulu. I'm getting directed in circles by both platforms.

How do I get rid of the Hulu subscription so I can get a higher tier of Hulu subscription on my own?

Considering your Hulu plan is attached to your Spotify Premium Student plan, there is no way to upgrade it or revoke it from the Spotify account.

In this case, I recommend you cancel your current Spotify Premium plan, and once your account gets reversed to free, you can subscribe again to the Premium Student, but this time, without redeeming the Hulu plan.
