Duo setup "you have to share the same address" error

My girlfriend is trying to join my duo plan (which she was previously also apart of until my subscription ran out) but it keeps telling her to enter the same adress i did (despite copy pasting the same address during setup) we also tried using nearby addresses and nothing works

Could you confirm if both accounts are set to the same country, please? If so, I recommend that you try to resend the invitation to your partner and then, she might accept it using another device (if the address is correct and the problem persists, you are probably facing a cache issue).
