Me cobran premium en mí tarjeta de crédito y hace meses que no puedo ingresar en ninguno de mis dispositivos a dicha cuenta, ya no quiero pagar por un servicio que no utilizo.

I created an account for the free trial and I got logged out. I have been getting charged for the premium and I don't know my log in information to get in and cancel it.
