Subscription not working

I got the student discount subscription, I have been approved and the money has been taken from my account however, I am still not able to play music offline as it says it s a premium freature and my free trial is finished??

Hey @taylahmillerr,

Have you made sure that you have logged into the right account, if you subscribed to premium whilst logged into Facebook, try login with Facebook rather then email or vice-versa. If that doesn't work can you provide me some additional information please:

1. What device are you using? (Make and Model)
2. What OS is the device running?
3. Is the device rooted or jailbroken?
4. What Spotify version are you running? (eg. 8.4.14.439 armV7)
