Thank you for your replies. Since this thread appears to be getting some more attention, we'll gladly help clear out some confusion.
Firstly, be advised that if a payment has already been processed, cancelling the subscription will not refund this payment and your Premium will instead remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled via our support team, you can reach out to them at any time.
Secondly, keep in mind that refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the date of purchase. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.

I bought Premium on the wrong account and within ten minutes of the purchase I contacted customer care and told them I needed it on another account. They said I will change your account to free and refund your money. I still haven't received the money and it was on 16/10/24
