I'm sorry to hear that that you want to leave Spotify. If you just want to cancel your premium subsription you can do it here. If you want to close your Spotify account you can do it here. 

If you're closing your Spotify account, you will lose:

• Your username, it can’t be used again with Spotify.
• Your saved music.
• Your playlists.
• Your followers.
