student premium account subscription

Hi guys,

I have subscribed to a student account, which says it takes few days to verify my valid student ID. It's been 8 days Spotify holding my money twice, neither  I got any reply from them nor student validity.

Please help me.

Hi, I've the same problem, the only different is when i see my payment i cannot see the status of the transaction.
