I had the same problem, at the same day (yesterday). I've reported it, but I was hoping for an immediate answer, which did not happen.
This probably affected more people, Spotify should speak up for it. It is so unpleasant to pay for a service which is not being delivered.

Provavelmente a localização GPS não era o mesmo quando sua família foram a entrar no Plano Familiar. Isso é só um palpite, eu não tenho certeza. Muitos usuários têm o mesmo problema talvez porque alguns tentaram adicionar pessoas que não são parentes. Spotify perceberam de alguma forma. Mas, novamente, que só o meu palpite, porque nem todos os casos são iguais.

This is out of control indeed. Spotify have to take action quickly!
Também estou com o mesmo problema. Removeram três membros da minha família e eu não consigo adicona-los de novo ou trocar o endereço!!!!
