Cancelation

I canceled Premium in September and got refunded, now found out Spotify reactivated my account and have been charged. No help, been going in circles ?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

If you have access to your account, you can follow these steps to Cancel Premium plans

 

If you lost access to the account or don't know which account is being charged, could you think of any email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?


You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription.
