Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request a refund for a payment that was made by mistake from my Bank debit card.

A transaction related to Spotify was attempted/processed on [removed by Moderator] using my Bank Debit Card (Merchant: PPSPOTIFY, USA).

 

This payment was not intended, and I kindly request you to please check the transaction and initiate a refund to my bank account if the amount has been debited.

Please let me know if any additional details or documents are required from my side.
