Cancelei a assinatura porém ainda há cobrança

Efetuei o cancelamento do premium no dia 26/03/2021, porém, ao olhar minha fatura percebi que ainda há cobrança para esse mês de abril. Podem me ajudar?

I hope you don't mind me replying in English, feel free replying in your own language.

 

Spotify Premium is being charged monthly.

Therefore, cancelation and charges after that, depends on the date you've canceled.

 

I'd recommend visiting your account overview page here and to check the date of which you subscribed to Spotify.

 

If your cancelation was made after this date, this means you were already within the month's paying cycle and that's the reason for the charge.
