Cancelled Itunes subscription to subscribe using my local telco provider subscription

Cancelled Itunes subscription to subscribe using my local telco provider subscription

Itunes already confirmed that my subscription with them expired and that they are not charging me but in my Subscription details in Spotify - payment is still through Itunes.  I want to subscribe through Spotify instead.

Hey @cecilelara21! Thanks for writing.

 

It's very likely that your account is still on Premium because you're enjoying the last month you already paid for via iTunes. But don't worry, if your subscription with them has already been canceled, your account will revert to Free once the paid month expires. You can check that date here.

 

Once you're back on the Free service, you'll be able to resubscribe directly with us from this page.
