You dont spend my money

You dont spend my money

I spend 7 tl but my student premium account was not activated ı want my money back . You said we spent your money in 48 hours but you dont.

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify to your account's email address, it's very likely that it's just a pending charge. There's more info about this here.

 

Keep in mind that we use the good folks at SheerID to verify your student credentials. The verification can take a few days. If you’re having trouble signing up, you can submit for manual verification here. As a heads up, this can take up to 12 hours to process.
