Cancelled but got charged

Cancelled but got charged

I cancelled my spotify subscription, i not know what happened but I got charged and it over drew my bank account so now I'm in the negative. And it doesn't show my account being cancelled.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your username and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours.
