Unable to change countries

Unable to change countries

Hi all,

Formlery from the UK, have moved to Australia and looking to move direct debits over.

I am unable to change my country as the option under "edit profile" is greyed out.

Tried changing my payment details to my AUS bank card, but it gives me an error saying that the payment method must be from my country of origin (which I can't change).
I tried ending my subscription too, but that didn't work either.

Any tips much appreciated!

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the community!

 

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to update your country and payment method.

 

Also, make sure the internet connection you're using doesn't have an active VPN or proxy that could be interfering with this process.
