Cancelled subscription, was still charged. I’m unemployed so need the money

Cancelled subscription, was still charged. I’m unemployed so need the money

I had a free trial but i cancelled it a couple of days before the payment date but I’ve still been charged. I need a refund cause I’m unemployed and need the for food.
