Cancelling Premium Duo

Cancelling Premium Duo

what happens when I cancel Premium Duo, for me and my wife? She's worried she'll lose all her playlists. What does she have to do (either before or after I cancel Duo)?

Hi @TomNirmalSingh, thanks for reaching out!

When you cancel your Spotify Premium subscription, your account reverts to the free, ad-supported tier.

But don't worry: all your playlists, liked songs, followed artists, and albums remain intact. You'll still have access to them on the free tier.

Also, your listening history and account data are preserved.

Just keep in mind that your downloaded songs and playlists for offline listening become unavailable. You'll need an internet connection to stream music.

If you notice missing playlists or songs after canceling, ensure you're logged into the correct Spotify account. Sometimes, users have multiple accounts, leading to confusion.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
